many people have said that they used a cap off of most aerosol cans or cap from a vp race gas jug. You could also go to the pool store and get a expanding rubber plug.

A guy just listed one in the parts for sale section under 400ex aluminum, I'm not sure if they are the same size though.

Got to Napa or other auto parts store and buy a engine block freeze plug. Works perfect and is available in chrome if you'd like.

just got off the phone with nacs. they no longer sell the air box plug. the guy told me that they do get alot of calls on the plug and that they might start making them. might? with this economy i bet the are swamped with work. lol.

I wouldn't count on Nacs to start makin'em>. Like I said earlier got to a auto parts store and get a freeze plug, works awesome. Thats what I put in mine. Not to get off subject but Walsh makes a real nice plug that you put in the intake, where your filter goes. Take off your filter for cleaning and pop it in so you can wash the airbox without worrrying about gettin dirt in your intake tract.

i used the top of a prestone radiator fluid bottle. fits snug inside the hole - lasting 5 years at least if not longer...
