:( thats horrible. i hope they dont blame it on the truck driver. it was clearly the promoters fault.

Boy thats terrible, this is like the third time i've heard something go wrong with moster trucks but to see that close to home totally is a shocker, Madison is around 4-5 hours from my house.

It was a really sad event. His name was George Eisenhart.
He was a promotor and it was a total accident. A truck had just driven by and the trucks make a great deal of noise. So without looking both ways he stepped in the path of the truck that followed. He died on scene.
Less than two weeks prior the monster truck industry took another loss and it was really sad also.

everythign happens for a reason evidently it was his time. just the irony that he said how safe it was just before the accident. **** happens. my prayers go out to his family.

my mudder is lifted and sitting on 44's and its nowhere as big as those trucks but its still hard to see right in front of it. yeah it would suck to be the driver but theres nothing he couldve done... nonetheless, my condolences to the family

the drivers at no fault that guy was not paying attention at all thats a shame seemed he was trying to run a safe show and was probably listening to he's headphones and didn,t hear truck coming.that must have freaked people out too see him get run over like that .

yea i didn't mean the driver was at fault. it was just a very unfortunate accident.

thats so unfortunate. And i can see how being a promoter you've been to so many shows that walking across an arena with trucks in it is no big deal, always look before crossing the street boys and girls!
