Help with my Hipers

My buddy gave me a set of front Hipers, and they were leaking around the center piece. Took them apart and there was no o-rings on them! My question is should i put silicone around the o-rings? And is there susposed to be 2 o-rings per wheel?

I believe there is 1 O-Ring per wheel. If they are leaking I'd recommend taking them apart getting a new O-Ring from Hiper (they're cheap) and replace it. I had a leaky wheel at one time and after I replaced it I had no more issues.

Anyway it is a cheap fix and you made out like a bandit in the long run.
