how do i make my white bros e series a Shorty?

an have yet to find out how to make my white bros a shorty.

its rather simple. cut the canister down how ever long you want it. then cut your core down the same length. new holes and rivets and your set if you can cut from the tip end. if not pull the pipe out cut the canister and core down drill new holes put the pipe back in. then make a custom mid pipe.

Tear the exhaust apart. If you cut 2 inches off the can, cut 2 inches from the core. Keep it all the same.

Same spot. You make it shorter by cutting of the end. Don't go past where it mounts up.

Take the rivets out.. cut casing... then core...? then what?

wow...you are making this harder than it needs to be...
think a little...

even though this is a stupid idea that is detrimental to the sport...here it is...

take off pipe...your exhaust...not the stove pipe

remove the endcap...the part that the warm smelly air comes out of...

take out the core and packing...the guts...

cute the pipe EVENLY between the mount and where the encap was

measure the piece that you cut off...

cut the same amount off of the core(long round metal screeny type thing) as you took off of the pipe...refer to previous measurement...

make nww holes in pipe that line up with end cap

rivet or screw end cap back on...

enjoy being a bad example of our sport...

before you put the endcap back on...put in the core and packing...


also put the pipe back on the bike before you ride and after you put the cap back on...

i hope that i don't need to break it down any more than that

just because you live in the middle of nowhere does not mean no one can hear you...you make that a shorty, sound will travel farther and and someone who don't want to hear it will hear it....EVERY ONE OF US NEEDS TO BE CONSCIOUS OF WHAT WE DO AND BE AS RESPONSIBLE AS POSSIBLE...kids atv sales went away through a backdoor hole...they'll find away to get ours too

ya, dont make it worse for atv riders who have respect. Its bad as it is now. I bought my 400 with the yoshi silencer out, but I put it back in because I know them people wont like it.
