2007 Jetting

- hrc needle and leak jet (55)
- 1000-1500 ft


I need to know what size main jet and pilot to run. Along with what slot for the needle.

if you have a aftermarket needle try to set it in the middle slide. if you have a stocker i dont think you can adjust them, so buy a crf needle, and set it on the 3rd or 4th position. put a 175 mj in there. and two turns out on the a/f screw. and a 45 pilot, that should put you close. remember its better to start rich and then work your way down. good luck.

I have the hrc needle. 175 mj and 45 pj sounds low... colby told me 182 for main and 48 for pj. I just wanted some more opinions.

Did you tell him you had an 07 not an 04/05?
The jetting he recommended is more suited for an 05 w/ a stock carb.

Popular MJ sizes for ur setup is in the 160-175range.
And a 45 pilot like stated above.

got my jetting pretty much spot on first try.

170 main jet. a little lean but ok since its cold so itl be perfect in the summer.

4th notch on the needle

45 pilot

55 leak jet

2 turns out on the fuel screw.
