Anyone have torque specs on a 400EX

Does anyone have topend torque specs on a 400EX?? My brother got a 2004 400ex that didn't run we put a spark plug in and it fired right up. But the kid did a top end on the bike so we ripped it back apart to check it all out and make sure it was done right. Now i need torque specs and valve clearances to go back together

exhaust 0.005 in
intake 0.004 in

head studs 33ft lbs-- 4-cap nuts
