Anybody heard good/bad things about their pistons? I noticed they also offer a rod kit, anyone know anything about it?

I have one for my 310 cylinder. I havent ran it yet but I heard they were made by wiseco but dont quote me on that. Mine also came with wiseco rings.

Yes, Wossnor is a German made piston, not a Wiseco.
The Wossnor has a coating on the sides & is more finely machined than a Wiseco.

Dont know about a rod kit offered by Wossnor unless its something they just came out with in the last few days.

LA Sleeve/Pro-x is the distributor of the Wossnor products.

I've only had a chance to run one myself so far. At that time I had installed a Wiseco crank & after 4 race events the crank tin busted & just so happened at the same time the piston seized.

I've had other engines they were installed in & had good results, no problems encountered.

Forged.

The Wossnors haven't been on the market long enough to tell how good they are, But I can tell you been some in banshees & blasters with no problems at all.

How long has it been since you had a 4 wheeler, because theres a bunch of cylinder kits for the banshee now.

If I remember right, I think FMF was the first to market a uni block cylinder kit for the banshee twin & then LA Sleeve came out with theirs.

There were quite a few uni blocks offered, by different shops, before the FMF one came on the market. Just not addvertized like the FMF or LA Sleeve.

ihave had 4 quads and have been riding since '93. anyways, i was talking about a "woosner" kit for a banshee. when i had a banshee there were many companies who did banshees.

sorry for not being descript enough.
