02 400ex fs or ft SE PA

I have up for sale or trade my 2002 400ex. The quad is in mechanically great shape and it runs and starts great. It certainly isnt a beauty queen and it has been rode, but at the same time it doesnt look ragged at all. The only problem with it is there is a crack in the rear plastics. It has a brand new battery and rear (stock tires) and renthal bars. I do not have any pics at this moment but I can get some if requested. I bought the bike in November and only ran 1 tank of gas through it, no lie. I bought it wanting to ride all winter but none of my friends wanted to ride and I dont like riding by myself. I would like to trade for a streetbike or sell it for 2300 obo. Price is negotiable. If you have any questions just ask and ill be glad to answer what I can. Does she run good? Hows the frame, and plastic? Any rust? Possibly interested.

It runs like a top, mechanically it is sound. The plastic is scratched up from normal wear and tear and there is a crack near the rear seat but it doesnt actually go all the way through so its still tight at that spot. As sar as I know there is know rust on the frame, but I can check it to be sure. The frame is straight and no known cracks. Like I said before it runs great and still looks good but it certainly wasnt a trailer queen. If you would like more or better pics I can possibly get more of what you would like to see. Just let me know.

WOW!!! really?? The only reason Im selling my 400 is because I dont have anywhere to ride! I like on alum rock road, idk if you know where that is, its about 1 minute from Fawn Grove Rd. If only I had a truck to transport it and ride.

I might be able to help you out with a ride to try it out!!
You just need to sign a waver that states if you get messed up...
You give up all rights to lagal actions aginst the land owner.

thats awesome man, thanks alot. I totally understand the waiver thing, people these days are so apt to sue it isnt even funny. Out of curiosity do you have any trails or just the track. I am horrible on the track with my 400, I used to ride dirtbikes and I was good on the track with that but im willing to ride a track on the 400 by all means.

I know where there are alot of trails in Delta.
But we can only ride the track over in Fawn Grove.
Not to worry!! There are usally people there of all levels.
I don't hit many jumps... But My son hits all of them!!
Ha Ha... My 13 year old will Smoke his dad on the track!!
But I kill him on the trails!!

It is in great shape!!
