i have the same problem and my 4 wheeler is stock so should i go 2 a 40 pilot jet?

Yes go bigger on the Pilot, but not for the glowing header reason, just because ex's are lean on the bottom from stock. I suspect you lean all the way up, so go up on the main jet and move the clip down on your needle 1-2 positions. GL
