How do you know if you head studs are pulling out? i have my head off and everything seems to be tight with the studs but i just want to make sure before i put it all back together.

i pulled a stud and blew my head gasket.

If you can torque a stud to 30 pounds with a double nut you good to go. GL

you mean like the nut thats on there or two nuts like when you pull the studs out. they seemed tight after i took the head off. i just don't know why i would have blown a head gasket but i am running a 11:1 compression piston. is that common to blow head gaskets with them
