300ex gas tank

ok my tank is starting to get a little rust in the tank.it stoped running so i took the tank of an the petcock was clogged full of tiny rust particales.is there anything cheap i can do to fix this.i was thinking of taking some old fish tank gravel an puting it in the tank an shaking it around to see if i can get most of the loose stuff out.plus anyone have any pics of how to mount the rezzie of the raptor shock on the 300ex.thanks

look for Kreme (unsure if that is spelled right) gas tank treatment.
It is a multi part chemical conditioner / cleaner and a liquid that coats the inside of the tank and hardens.
It will even fill small rust holes if the tank is seeping fuel.

yeah i used KREEM it works great just be sure to follow the instructions

Been using kreem for years, like the other guys said, follow the directions and it will even seal small seeping spots
