400ex wont start

i have a 2000 400ex and it does not like to start whenj it is cold i have to pull it with my other quad and bump start it anyone no what could be the problem thanks

Make sure your battery has a full charge. 400ex's are cold blooded.

if iu have a rev box or different cdi box they are very hard to start in the cold. I just hook up jumper cables to my truck and start it when it is that cold.

go up to a 42 pilot in the winter thats what fixed mine.

definitely go with a 42 jet, mine started without the choke after doing that
