Stem bearing needs to be removed and replaced if you can get a new kit from pivot works just go ahead and do that or I can send you a kit.

There is a broken front bumper bolt

one of the radiator mount tabs is broken off I dono if you have any trashed frames with that tab you could weld on. Let me know if you can or not. Thanks let me know if there is anything else you need-JOEYD

New mount is fabricated and welded in place. Looks pretty good and I doubt many could pick it out:p

I will also be adding a few gussets in a few places, you have a few cracks that will re-crack if I dont do anything

I wont charge ya nothin:p Its mainly the cross bar where your brake line mounts, its been repaired beforeand is cracked at both sides now.

The sub shows some of the metal texture, not sure who coated it prior to sending it here but you wont notice it once installed. The clear took care of most of that

I got your pm and replied on how to fix that other tab. I fixed the lower mount that was missing, but the upper tab is gravy. If I had more time I would un box it and do it, but I leave in a few hours:p I never even saw that tab, but its not as important as the one I had to make.


Yeah it will come to you as you start bolting on old parts what you want coated etc. Just let me know...i feel bad I missed that tab so i will work with ya:p

Alright pappy I decided I'm going to send out the set of ars-fx a-arms I bought, I have the time so i would rather freshen them up!. I have a question though I don't want to mess up the seals in them because I wouldn't be able to replace anything at this time is there anyway you can remove the seals and the bushings? Im sure its nothing for you to do I just don't want to mess anything up and i don't care about the extra charge to do so. I want them done the same color red that on there for the tops and the ars-fx texture black on the bottoms. Please let me know the cost as I emptied out my paypal, so I can send you a money order in the box .I need to get them out to you tom. and you can just send that radiator backet you are making out with them when you ship them back. let me know Thanks Pap-JOEYD

Not to bad...it still takes me a few days to recover from running non stop at the race then driving all night, then spending 48 hours almost straight writting and working with images:p So getting back in the shop will be a break in itself...lol

is that what Ars-fx uses mini texture I was just making sure. Did you already get the seals and such out? I'm afraid to mess them up and I can't really spend the 150 plus ars fx wants for a rebuild set since I really have to get some small crap and be done with the rebuild. Ill work on them in the morning. These types of bushings can be a huge PITA, but I will do my best to get them out as gently as possible. If it looks like I need a press to get them out, I will take them to my bro's and let him do it:p

They use a heavy texture but I stock it, they will match your other texture coated items

what is the coating that is on them now? I know I have seen the mini texture looks like what is on them now I would like to do that but if not then textured black is fine and of course whatever gets them back to me faster lol thanks pap ill look forward to an update-JOEYD

Whats supposed to be there isnt, they coated it very light and being it wasnt thick enough, the texture didnt break like its supposed to. And combined with the looks of the uppers, they saw alot of pressure wahser use, enough to start wearing the coating ...especially the texture.
