What would be better for a shock rebuild for stock 450r suspension? 2006 400ex. 200lbs rider (naked). I ride only dunes in Oregon. I am an agressive to moderate rider but do like to just put around from time to time. I do not race. I take jumps and drop offs but nothing big (4 to 6 feet of air tops).

Tripples up front w/ a dual in the rear

VS

Duals up front w/ a dual in the rear

If your going to do it, do triple's. gives you another progressive spring to help soak up the small stuff better (bumps and when its torn up), and you know how much that matters in the oregon sand!

Actually had to put it on hold. My hours were significantly cut at work. At least I am still employed and can pay my bills... When and if I am able to get them done I would ultimately like to keep my dollars local but I like the guys at C&D and lots of folks on here speak well of GT Thunder...
