The way I look at it the guy was making a buck and IMO doing the best he could do.

When the "true stunters" showed up they looked like bigger douchebags.

Technically it IS a 600 and a 1000.

THe engine displacement meets the 600cc's and surpasses it to 1000cc's.:macho

The guy was a poser, but he was just trying to make a dollar. Can't say I blame him with today's economy...

Im not sticking up for the poseur but the 07 gsxr 1000 has a switch on the right clipon that has 3 modes.
Mode A= Full power unresticted
Mode B= 80% power up to 10,000rpm's, 10,000 to 13,750 redline the power is unrestricted
Mode C= 60% power up till redline. Its more of a wet mode if you get caught in the rain. Most people I ride with including me never touch the damn thing. I bought a 1000, if I wanted 60% of the power I would have gotten something smaller.
