i need to know what size jet i should use. i have a 05'400ex, k&n filter, AMR stage 2 rev box. i have a hmf sport slip on, and an fmf jet kit. what jet should i start with??

What altitude do you ride at? What temps do you ride in? Airbox lid on? There's lots of variables in jetting.

If you're not over 2,000 feet, I'd start with a Keihin 160 mainjet and a #42 pilot jet.

That K&N flows nicely but you'll sacrifice in filtration. If you ride in a non-dusty, non-sandy area, a humid area, you'll probably be ok. I won't run one in any conditions. I prefer the Uni with an Outerwears over it. And, change oil often.

im in miami, so its low altitutde and hot most of the time. lid is on. and i have an outerwares on the k&n.
