holeshot mx vs. tamer(18in) for 300

with the new ama class(14 or older can race a 300), i think i am gonna try racing mx next year when i turn 14(if my track has the class) and i am gonna get some new tires...its between 18 tamers and 18 holeshot mx..the track is pretty much hard packed...it gets pretty dusty when theres no rain. what would you recommend..thanks guys

i would recommend in i teamates point of view either razrs and turf tamers. trust me. turf are cheap but goodand razrs will last awhile but they are more money. get the wider ones like i did with my 20's for corners. so you stay stable. hey spot me some money to get some parts for mine cuz you got more than me.:grr :grr . im going to getstuff little by little as i get the benjamins,.:blah

ya know..i might just get a sat of 20 in razrs for everything becuse i just rode my pit for a while and i definitly need some better tires cuz the shredds suck at sand...so i might just get a set of razrs cuz i dont wanna buy 2 new pairs of tires haha..teamate...about the money,,,the only mone i got is goin to be used hahah..i dont even have any right now.

when we race use 20 razr rears and 21 inch fronts. 1: little more clearence 2: you can use them for trails if you wish. are you thinking of getting a package like i did? i got 20x11x9. i like the 20x11x10 they are like a low profile car tire but for racing and other things the big rim might get hit from things. a **** i shoulda got those

umm im probly just gonna get either the 20/11/9 razrs on .190s or the 20/11/10 on .190s...probly the 9's though/.how much did it cost you for the whole package for them?

173.99 from rocky mountain. 211 to my door. well there was a little more cost due to my chrome stems. can't forget the chrome stems. that reminds me im getting my chrome lugs tomorrow. haha can't wait. but i hear we are getting like a foot of snow.:mad: :( :( thaat means back to hibernation for it.
