Anyone have this? Does it replace the stock two axle nuts, or just the big one? Any pics would be cool

i have one on each bike they work great for me, but i have heard people say they suck. you have to make sure the when you go to tighten it up that you dont have the pinch bolt too loose or it will jump the treads and get messed it.
