ASV C5 brake lever

Hi, I have a question about putting an ASV brake lever on a 450R master cylinder. I am looking at getting the brake lever, but it says that it fits Honda: 2002-2006 CRF 250R/450R 1992-2008 CR 85,125,250,500 / & 250X/450X, 1992-2007 XR 400,650. I am guessing that this would work for the 450R but I just wanted to check. It said it does not fit 2007+ 450R. Is there a difference between the CRF and TRX brake lever?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have a 400ex with a 450R master cylinder. Thank you for any insight. Oh and if anyone happened to have a blue lever for sale, I would rather help out a member on here than someone else. Thank you.

from my experience, it wont fit. the CRF and TRX brake levers mount up differently.

Dont do it I bought mine and didn't see it was for an 07 yfz and it didnt even get close to fitting. I say just get the right one and dont risk it.
