thanks, not too bad for a junky digital camera IMO haha. Those pictures you took on the way to KC weren't in the kansas flint hills were they?

Looked really cool.
This is a picture of my son fishing on the Susquahana River
at Dusk.
And the second one isn't landscape... But i doctored it
and I thought it looks neet.

We were just out side of Joplin MO. headed north on 71

not for sure about flint hills ?

Not as nice as the storm pics!!
You can see nice rotation in the clouds.

i still can't believe brandon and i did that! lol.. that was a good 30-35 feet above water. looks fun until you're the one looking down haha.

Its beautiful. I was there for spring break and had a great time. Really sucked going back to cold pa though

I wish I had something better than a $100 point and shoot camera to really do the place justice.

It's actually a scenic lookout about 15 minutes from where I live ... great place for pictures and many have been taken there for wedding photos.

Took my truck down to the lake this morning to snap a few pictures and grabbed these for the hell of it. Nothing special at all ... just a nice calm morning.

here is a panoram i took of the grand canyon. its about 6 shots all peiced together and then adjusted using lightroom to bring some of the colors in the rocks out a little more. its a full 180, you can see the handrail on teh fence in each bottom corner of the shot.

No enhancements done, just a levels tweak, linear curve adjustment and a touch of sharpening. All that color was already there!

Mount Fuji Japan - Shot with High Contrast and High Saturation because it was rather hazy while I was there. First shot is a Sigma 50/1.4 and the second is a with a Sony 11-18/4.5-5.6. Pics were re-sized with Paintdotnet.

I'll post some more tomorrow. The other pics are on my laptop at the office.

5 this one had a red filter on it but was still pretty cool to take without. i have some with out it but i am going to start my homework again. lol. steve
edit: compressing these down to fit on the web loses quite a bit of resolution doesnt it.
