How much nitrogen do I need to fill in to my 89 rear shock that is stock?

I also have a pair of axis frot shocks that where valve and sprung for a 180 pounds xc rider, how much nitrogen do I put in them? I was also thinking Can I put more notrogen than the one that the rear shock comes with for my wieght (180 pounds ) or is it ok with what it came with?

Thanks for the info guys, but my front are custom axis shocks, and my rear shock is stock. so how much psi in the front if they are valve and sprung for a 180 xc ridr and in the back is stock specs?

the service manual calls for 284-327 for '86 and 142-185 psi after '86. :cool:
