jetting

im rebuliding my 02 400ex. im putting a 416 12:1 piston, hotcam stage one cam, new vavles, cleaning up the ports and putting in a new crank. and im goin to remove the choke.

i was wondering wat would be the best jetting for this setup and im mostly riding trails and in feilds?

anyhelp would be great.
