I built a couple out of blaster frames w/cr80 motors. Pretty cheap to do since blasters are a-dime-a-dozen and they are relatively small. I allways put the motor through the swingarm bolt and just fab the other mounts (radiator and pipe ect.) Def gotta gusset the piss out the frame. We broke the frame several times before we figured out were the gussets need to be. Son got pretty nasty on it. One of the fastest in New England doin all the doubles and 50to60 foot tables. sorry no pics try to post some soon

That thing looks nice! Almost the same as ours. What did you guys run for sprockets front and rear? I was thinking about mounting the motor a little different this year so I could go with a bigger front sprocket. Right now the biggest I can go is 15 tooth. Any bigger it rubs the swingarm being mounted w/the motor through the swingarm shaft. cr80 motor so we were looking for a better holeshot and comin outa corners.

Hey thanks!
14 and 15 up front -48,49 and 50 in the rear. It all depended on what tracks we are at and if its GP or MX.

The way we had it mounted we would run any sprocket size in the front or the back and had plenty of room.-it all cleared with no issues. We ran a CR80(bored to a 90) as our back up motor and the 101 as the main race motor.
