For the guys running the QuadTech seat kits, how hard are they to install?

i used to run one,its pretty easy, they actually fit really really good, just be sure to use small staples because over time the foam breaks down and you will get small pin holes from staples through the cover, give hetrick racing a call at 814-676-0512 theyll hook you up-tony

Quadtech sent me the wrong cover, I wanted the all black with a touch of green but was sent an all green cover and its just ugly! I had to go with that because I was heading up north that day to ride and needed my seat. To my suprise, I think my buddies oem yamaha raptor seat is better than my quadtech seat but its still a much bigger improvement over stock kfx.

my mechanic shaved about an inch/half inch off my stock foam and just put a stock replacement cover back over it and its awesome... not comfy for trail riding but its the berries for mx

when I bought my Quadtech seat kit I thought it would be very comfy but it wasnt what I thought it would be, Next time i would get oem foam from suzuki or yamaha, its probably way cheaper and would suprisingly be a bigger improvement then the Quadtech. Is there a trick to making the QT foam more comfy, I trail ride so I stand alot, but considering I paid $180 for the kit, I'm kinda pissed, it should be better in my opinion.

jet trim used to make quad tech seat covers for them until quad tech decided to copy there design and make them themselves

How much was the seat cover? I wonder if they could custom build one that would allow 1" more seat foam?

Jet Trim has worked with us on a few projects and they are great people. We have a cover on one quad thats held up fine at a lot lower cost then QT.

Yee-Haw...call them up, great people to talk to and im sure they could get you a cover witha bit of extra material or build in the added foam.
