2000 300 ex tires

I currently have 20x10-9 rear and 21x7-10 on front. Thinking of getting gbc xrex for the replacements. I cant find my size rear in any tire. It is a cheap tire. What would you all get. It is for my wife and am thinking of putting a 22 on rear for ground clearance. Help me out. I would like the razors but too much money. How do you think it would ride with the rears the same size as the front?

it really depends on what type of riding your doing. if your riding an kind of trails or woods i def wouldnt get anything under a 20in. tire. but yeah if your really looking for ground clearance id go with 22's
