croping an image

can spome one crop this image so that only what is in the square get on my atavar or how ever you spell it i cant seem to get it lol im computer illiterate if anyone could it would be a great help thanks

all you have to do is save it on your hard drive the browse for it in the add a flie box highlight it and then post it but it hsa to be sumwhat small if you save it as a jpeg file it will it or should.
