Maybe this will help. I just picked up some bulbs on ebay. You get four H6M blue bulbs for $25 and free shipping. Pretty good deal if you ask me. Here's a link :

Go to the local autozone or whatever you have and look for bulb covers..they come in all sorts of colors and will fit virtually any bulb... they cost like $2
