Here is a few pictures of my winter build. It is not completely done, before anyone can say it, the red seat cover will be replaced. I put a 416 kit in it, stage 1 hotcam, new Lexx exhaust, powdercoated the frame hog black and swinger, also new maier plastics. Let me know what you think. I'll post more when she is complete. Also I have AC nerfs and bumper that have yet to be installed.

Yeah I got it out yesterday. It was 45 in Michigan so I had to take advantage of it. It was a blast, I could feel a lot more power. Before it was mostly stock, except for a K&N and jet kit. The rebuild was worth every penny. When you do a full rebuild though be ware of all the little extras that come up.

That is very clean and I agree the Red seat does look good against the black. .

Keep the seat,
put on some red grips/guards,
PC your bumper red,
Black nerfs, with red webbing,
Red crossbar pad, and shock covers
and it'll be Sweet !

looks awesome! im hoping im happy with my 416, my motor was pretty much stock like yours so its good to hear you are happy with it.

i think every rider in michigan rode the other day when it was warm... i loved it.....before that my quad was locked in a shed that the cement heaved and jammed the doors shut cause of the damn frost.....winter sucks

With all that hard earned money and all that hard work putting on all the "new" stuff. The "rustic" stock header is feeling out of place...lol

where do u put the igniton key when you put the bar pads on??

The Maier front fenders came with a little plate that you put on your handle bar clamp. I'll post a pic when I get a chance.
