Difference Between tt arms

Does anyone know the difference between the TT flattrack a-arms and a regular set of +2 arms? I am looking to buy a set of tt a-arms but I ride MX too. So could I just use regular +2s for TT as well?

tt a-arms are usually built out of lighter (thiner) material. tt is about speed and lighter is faster, but not strong enough for mx or woods.
