97 lt 80 bog at 3/4 to full ?

I have pulled and cleand the carb , it did not have the o ring in it was rtv ? I made 2 cork gaskets to fit both sides . it will start and run fine if I go wot for a bit it will start to bog can only get about half way open and then no power ? I do not know how compression is but it will pull the front end with me and hold it up in the air .

Both sides of what? The black insulator?
Behind the insulator needs no gasket, a o-ring is preformed in the reed cage.
The front needs the o-ring.
It could be sucking air.
Please do a compression test.
