If I remember correctly, there was another thread a long time ago about someone putting a 7 year old on a 400ex that started a lot of arguing. I think that its cool none-the-less.

Before this winter I was saying the same thing. This year we keep getting storm after storm and I'm sick of riding in snow. I want to actually feel the quad gripping for the first time in months.

pretty sweet!!! Ah, the good old days! I remember riding my blaster at 6 and my moto-4 80cc before that. I miss that thing with no suspension or anything. Tell him if he keeps up with the racing, he may be tim farr or doug gust someday! That would be awesome. Congrats to him on tearing up that grass too!!!! Steve

he is short but he can reach the pegs and shifter and brake just fine and he knows that if he is having trouble to just lock up the rear brakes and it will stop and kill the motor ..

throw some Paddles, or some big Mudders on there, and let him go for a real thrill ride!

I cant let my munchkin anywhere near my bike. If he was to get on it, he'd think there's only 2 throttle positions, with 1 of them being idle!!!

And if I want to stay married,....
Well, lets just say his 50cc is plenty fine for him.

Wife has ZERO intrest in seeing him go 0-60 in 5 seconds!

but I do know her frying pan can go 0-Forehead in about 2 seconds!

(dont ask me how I know that!) I'm still recovering.

and the Dr. say's as long as I dont have any re-occurences, he expects me to make a 50% recovery somewhere between now and never!

GOOD JOB KID!!!!!!!!! My son was 9 when he started to ride. The first time he jumped on my 400ex he took the fence out. It was one of those I wish I would have had my camera going moments. We still laugh about is to this day. GOOD TIMES.

That reminds me of myself when i was younger. At 7 was when my dad gave me my 30+hp blaster. When i use to jump it my feet would come off the fegs by like 6 inches haha i love them days. It's good to learn when your young. Looks awesome on it
