stock nuts for itp rimes?

I bought used paddles on douglas blue label rims for a trx250ex and was wondering if I can use the stock nuts to mount these rims?

Yep, just turn the nuts around so the flat side is facing the rim. If you install them with the tapered side in, you will egg the hole and trash the rim
