Fuel pump wont prime

Ok I just put my ltr back together after cleaning it and fixing some things on it and now when I try to start it the FI light flashes and the fuel pump is not priming when I turn the key on. I had the battery box off but I didnt unhook any of those connectors just moved them over out of the way. I also had the fuel tank, plastics, and oil reservoir off. I washed the gas tank while I had it off i plugged the holes but do you think some water could have got in the lines? If it has water in the gas it should still prime though right?

Check for a blown fuse. I see this a lot on the LTR. They are mounted upside down and dirt and moisture get in them and cause them to blow.

I did check them and they where all good. I had the ground battery terminal off while I was welding on it and now it starts after I hooked the battery terminal back up.
