Shock adjustment

how do i adjust all the shocks on my 45o cause im gonna start flat trackin

surprising no one helped u with this yet. im not really a flat track guy. i would just try to get ur ride height as low as u can without bottoming. get a spanner rench n loosin up ur lock rings on the shock. i think ur supposed to be around 6 inches in the rear n 1/4 inch higher in the front with u on it. hopefully sumone can chime in and help
