i taking my atv apart for powedercoating. and i'm wondering if there is anything i should replace as far as bearing/bushings/etc....... ?? and any tips bout getting that swinger bolt out??? and if i have to break it to get it out. what kind of bolt do u use to replace it?? and is there a way to make it easier to get out the next time??

Stem bearing (seals can be cleaned and re-used)

Swing arm bearings

A sawzall if all else fails with the pivot bolt. They offer SS bolts but if you just slide it out and lube it every few months you will be fine.

It probably a good time to look at brake pads and wheel bearings.

Grease your rear shock linkage.

Grease the carrier bearing/ maybe replace depending on the condition.

Check your valve clearance since you have it all torn down

k i just replaced my carrier bearing at beginning of last year. and where can i get a SS bolt?? what about greasing the front a-arms?? how should this be done? i've never taken a quad apart as far as the chassis .
