torque specs on clutch springs?

Hey putting 250r clutch back together. I have a clymer manual but doesnt have any torque specs for the springs. So i was wondering if i just tighten them as much as i can or is there a torque spec for them? If there is what is it in ft/lbs or in/lbs?

loc tite em and tighten em up very little. you will break em off or strip that inner hub. use blue loctite.
