i intalled the shift pin relocater and now my ltr is super slow. I put in a new clutch and thought that might be the problem and it was not so I put the stock one back in and there was not change. Has anybody had this problem?? Please help??

take the parking break off

ha ha funny. parking brake has been off for over 2 years. any other possibilities
