We have recently recieved the new Pro model and did a little comparison with some photos.

First noticable difference would be the Linkage arm it is 3/8" the standard model is 1/4" thick.

Lines of the stabilizer are noticably sleek. The housing is thicker for added strength. Additional seals have been added to the adjustment knobs to further seal them from dirt and debri.

Pro Model will have an internal reservoir, much like a shock absorber reservoir (piggy back). The new reservoir will compensate for the thermal expansion of fluid increasing the damping on warm days by over 100% compared to the standard model.

Even with the added reservoir and thicker linkage this model weights the same as the standard model

I hope to install this on our TRX450r soon to get a field test review.

Were the linkage bushings updated?

From what I can tell they are the same design but are taller due to the increased thickness of the linkage arm.

Precision racing now sends you the "pro" linkage when you call for a replacement. For 42 shipped you can get the updated linkage, bushings, seals, and bolts to retrofit the "old" stabilizer.

I just rebuilt mine with the kit. It is 38 plus 4 shipping to your door straight from Precision.
