05 yfz full build 13.1 piston head build water pump upgrade!
Problem ride for about a week and head gasket keeps blowing have replaced multiple times confused what could be causing this?

A blown head gasket wont be blowing oil...... The oiling system isnt pressurizing anything that is running thrue the head gasket....

Blowing oil were? If its into the cylinder and your burning oil check out your rings.

My bad im just a little slow i said it wrong I keep blowing head gaskets after a few rides and i have to keep replacing them and have no clue why

Your cyl and/or head is probably warped.

i put i have had my motor torn down 6 or 7 times now and there was only one time i didnt copper coat the head gasket. The one time i didnt it blew out within about 3 or 4 rides. everytime i copper coated it no problems

You have the correct torque specs?

never copper coated the head gasket before will give that a try and yes i have the right torque spec s atleast I hope my friend does the work for me thanks for the input will give the head gasket a try and go from there

I had the same problem.
I was using Cometic gaskets and blew 3 head gasket.
Went back to Genuine Yamaha head gasket and havn't had a problem since.
Dont know why but it fixed it on my 05. :)
