I was wondering if anyone has had any headwork done by PR Racing in Toledo Ohio. My brother just had his head ported and we are going to put it back together soon. He has a HRC kit installed and a Dasa exhaust system. Just wondered if anyone has had work done by them what kind of jetting you ran. I have had a port job done there on my 400 with a 450 carb and was a huge difference in jet size. I am currently running a 62 pilot with the needle on the 2nd notch from the bottom and a 190 main (stock is 48 and 118).

running a 62 pilot is typically due to poor signaling on the slow circuit....

good luck

What do you mean by poor signaling?

Poor signaling is typically caused from over-porting which ultimately causes low port velocities. High port/carb venturi velocities is what is needed to push fuel through the fuel circuits.

edit: correction in grammar, opps! hehe!

Was also my first thought when I saw the large pilot size.
