im puttin a 10in mtx jackhammer in my truck i got 2 questins really 1 is how good of a sub it this it was like 55$$ at circut city sale so how hard would it hit in a sealed box and what would the mesurements of the box i build need to be its going in a f150 under the back seat its ill be using 3/4 mdf

im dead broke right now and i have a huge sheet of mdf leanin against the wall in the garage i know its gotta be 6in tall 10in deep just how wide it would have to be to make .75ft cubed?

try google. try to find measurements for a box. what year and model truck?

.5 ft x 10/12 ft x 1.8 ft = .749 ft^3

how hard it hits depends on the rms of the sub and also the rms of the amp.

when you make it use good stuff to seal it up

loudness is all the enclosure and how much your putting into the sub.
