400ex, 450r, yfz shocks

i have 2 sets of shocks for sell:

i have a set 450r shocks in great condition with just a little paint rubbed off the springs. they look brand new other than the springs. im asking 200 shipped, these shocks look good.


i have a set of yfz shocks milled down to fit a 400ex or 450r. they're in good shape. the springs have been painted flat black. you have to do the same mods that you have to do with the 450r shocks. they're the same length as 400ex shocks so they dont make your bike set up in the front like the 450r shocks. asking 225 shipped.

would either of these fit on a honda trx250r? I've heard stock 450Rs will fit but I wasn't sure with the changes you've made.

What would need to be done to the YFZ shocks to make them work on a 400ex w/ stock a-arms?

army_rider: im not sure if they would fit a 250r but there are no changes on the 450r shocks. they are stock. ill check and see if u can make them work or not.


yernkie: these will bolt on a 400ex if u cut a little piece off of the shock tower. its the same mod u have to make to fit 450r shocks on a 400ex. its easy to do, u ccould do it with a hacksaw.

the top mount on the yfz shocks have been milled to fit a 400ex ex with the same mod you have to do with 450r shocks. ill take $200 shipped if u want them.
