took it to the dealer today and they got it up to 220 degrees and it wouldn't come on so they will be trying to jump it tomorrow and if not its time for new parts already not even a month into it

Thanks for keeping us posted.Weather here was in the high 20's..low 30's first time out.Made sure she warmed up good before riding.Next time out low 50's.Cold around here so haven't had any need for the fan to come on yet. Will sure keep an eye on it when weather changes.
Don't let the fan thing get you down.Things happen to some new quads.Could be worse!Best thing is its a free fix.
Thanks again and keep us posted.
Ride hard!

no problem i read that in the raptor 700's it was a relay in the back of the quad not allowing it to turn on

Right now I'm more worried about the actual radiator. Something about the front of the quad is different and letting a lot more rocks through to the radiator in roost. Ive already gone through two radiators. We will be building something for protection.

take some aluminum expanded metal and make a nice screen..? just dont want to go to small that it gets plugged up! post some pics or let us know what you end up doing!

do the radiators from the old yfz switch out on the new one or is the new bike different??
