20" ---> lower top speed?

well if i get some 20" razrs for the 300 now, sellin the 22" razrs (to big), will i loose a lot of top end? can that be solved by going up 1 in the front or what? 14/36?? stock is 13/38 with 22" rears

Get a 14t front and you should be fairly close to the way it was setup stock.

I went to 20 inch tires, and got a 14t front sprocket, and it like it alot. It feels just like it did when you had 22inch tires and a 13t front sprocket.
