Kelsey takes her 1st win !

Kelsey and Brandon both went and raced some short track racing last night - Kelsey took home her first win on her Suzuki in the womens Int. class :D
She took 1st in the heat race and the main.
I have never seen her so pumped up and nervous for a race before. We thought she was going to puke at staging. :p

Both had a fun this wk end, just wish it was warmer ,20 degrees was too cold

He took a 1st in the heat and a 3rd in the main. He ran in a 250/300 class :p he had the smaller motor,but thats OK, it just makes him work harder to win.His quad is not set up for this kind of racing anymore . He still kept up! :macho

Were good ,but very busy trying to play a little(very little lately),selling my house and moving at the same time !!

I am always in shock with the kids and how fast they grow, but watching her out there this past wk end made Troy and I both look at each other thinking the SAME THING -shes growing up.

They do,and all I can say to that is enjoy them while they are still small because one day you will wake up and they will be all grown up.
Im gonna have a real hard time when my kids want to move away from home . :(

We had planned on attending this one, but we just started moving this wk end and the funds just arent there. Troy and I both had cut backs at work.
This sucks :( The economy needs to bounce back soon ,this has been almost a year solid of tough times for us .
Missing rnd. 1 was hard to miss, the kids were really bummin. We miss seeing everyone and we DEF. miss racing in warmer weather! :p
Racetown is such a cool track, my kids have never got to race there( I flew out for race coverage there two years ago) I think Brandon would have really liked that track .

Congrats... Nice to see the quad being put to good use and I dont think it could have gone to a better home!!! Doesn't look like too much was changed from the overall way I had built it either.
