Part for a houser swing arm

I have a standard travel houser swingarm and I am missing the slider that sits in the right side where the U-linkage bolts to the swingarm. What does this slider look like (anyone have a photo?) and can I get one from houser? Pics attached of where it goes.
I also have a Houser linkage for a long travel swingarm/shock for sale. It is brand new and retails for $300. $150 shipped.
