Definately so, its pretty sad that a company with so much history and succes even though mark isnt involved anymore is no more. Hopefully the new owners or maybe even mark will bring something back bigger and better than ever when times get better.

Thanks,
Mike

They should request a bailout, haha. I mean hell, the porn industry asked for one... maybe bring in some new engineers/racers to work there so they can come out with some new stuff. Their last innovation was the CRF450 frame...they stopped making the truly bind free steering stems for their t-pins.. there has been no new advancements are far as linkages, etc, etc..

Yea they still made good qualitiy products, there is only so much you can advance with a-arms. They certainly did their job of making good suspension components. And it's not like people werent using them, I would have to say I see more of their a-arms then anything else probably. I knew they sold the business, but I figured they would keep the name and the products. Right before the shut down here they added a bunch of aluminum products, so I ordered a set of Pro-Pegs. Havent recieved them yet, but when I contacted them I talked to Freddie there and apparantly the new name is sheppard customs? Not sure if they intend on keeping the a-arms and such, but I don't see why not if they bought them out...

Jody from JB needs to take them over. JBL Suspension components. Combine his innovation and craftsmanship. His regualar LT a-arms are identical to the Laeger's. Him and Mark used to share a lot of jigs.
