need help buyin new xc setup on 450r

i have a 04 450r and race xc and sometimes race mx my question is do i want +2 OR +1 A ARMS , and i dont understand how much better the elkas on ebay for 775 or 895 are the more expensive ones that much better , AND ANY SUGGESTIONS ON BRANDS WOULD BE WELCOMED thanks a lot in advanced!!!!!

+1 a-arms for sure. I run +1/2 and LT Elkas.

their is alot better shocks out there than elka. Race tech/TCS, Custom axis, etc. If you go standard travel I would get your shocks rebuilt from C&D racing
