BlackTrx440ex STAY AWAY

So on December 17, 2008 I send this guy 440$ for some hiper rims/tires. I was not in a rush to receive them because at the time I was in Iraq still (marines). On December 22 he emails me about some car accident he was in and I tell him no rush but I want him to ship them before the 30th (9days to ship is enough in my book). I dont say anything as I try to call him

on Jan 10, 2009 I call about 10 times and email and PM. Next day his phone is off. I give him til the 17th and still no rims/tires, no email no contact, nothing. On the 17th it has been 1 month and I notice he has posted here so I say to hell with it and file a claim with paypal.

so over a month and nothing. Paypal ruled in my favor but he has no money in account to give to me of course. So now Im out of money and rims. I checked his feedback and it was good or so I thought..... Im willing to give him another chance if he mans up about it.

i did some searching in this area (member feedback) and noticed he has ripped off more than just you! good luck with getting your money back, i dont know why he isnt banned since this is at least the 3rd person who has had a problem with him!

I havent recieved any PM's about this member. We are not really supposed to get involved in deals between members no matter how bad we would like to.

There is also nothing we can really do beyond looking at his email address, which you have. We could ban him, but he would sign back up under a new name and start all over. We decided not to ban accounts over this for just that reason. New IP addys are easily obtained so banning in effect does nothing.

I will add him to the blacklist in trader feedback and keep my fingers crossed no one else will deal with him if he has a history of this.

I feel bad for you ofcourse, but unless I have a person like this within arms reach, I cant really do squat:ermm:

I hate to say, but you ARE a scumbag... When someone pays YOU for something... you send what THEY bought. Since you did not... that makes you a SCUMBAG who tried to "CON" the wrong person.... yeah same here. Almost 3 months and nothing but excuses. I got the fronts but thats only half of what I paid for. He said he would refund me 150$ which I told him no.

He doesnt owe me money, he owes me 2-9 inch hiper rear rims with tires and if I could find a set for 150$ then I would of taken it. In 36 hours Ill let the police department deal with it.

I wouldnt second guess it. I've had really good luck with all my other purchases from this site. Just be sure to check for feedback on the seller before you buy. I made the mistake of not checking when I bought from BlackTrx440ex and learned the hard way.
