It isnt a choice but I would rather ride in about 75 degree weather with overcast skies.

55 degress, motor is nice and cool and has more tug

i love ridding in mid 70's, sunny, no-little breeze(refreshing) and some mud....and of course, some cool ramps, trails and friends(gotta have someone to call an ambulance for u :D )
